Location and context: Croatia is seen or understood as one of the most popular countries for recreation among tourists. The student has been inspired by its Amazing nature, long coastline, and numerous islands that travelers all over the world, to make the location a popular tourist attraction.

Site: It is assumed to be a coastal site. The site description and the orientation of the built form are to be better clarified & justified along with the design origination.

Conceptual idea: Conceptually the hotel will be a "symbol" of the coast, which is an impressive design objective.
Design Brief: The project is well explained with the scope of the building project. The functions & supportive functions are indicated. It seems that the quantitative aspects of the project are well worked out.
However, it is good to indicate how the given functions are placed in the proposed 4 storied building. Inter-relationships between different uses/functions, allocated spaces, circulation plans, levels, etc are good to be explained. For example, the vibe of the branded restaurant on the roof with a platform that opens a scenic view of the surrounding nature can be sketchily demonstrated to exemplify the qualitative aspects of the hotel project.

Details: The tentacles of the octopus can be the architectural-structural element that signifies the project that makes the project a symbol on the coast.
Better to design that element as a major component contributing to the function as well, rather than making it an external symbolic element. Form follows function. Make them contribute to the function.

Presentation: Presentation of ideas by using more sketches & visuals might make the design intension clearer. Since this is a sketch design idea, its good to proceed with a section to visualize the spaces.
