Hello Marta and Klementina,
First, I appreciate the quality of the views and renderings you presented. Your project looks really clean and smooth. Also, the structural composition stands as accurate as possible in the selected context. Following, I address some points that you can try to explore in your villa:
1. Permeable Surfaces. In the different surfaces and openings you have, you may try to introduce permeable surfaces to enhance la lighting conditions of interior and exterior areas. Elements such as louvers or wooden pergolas can create new effects by the addition of sunlight and shadows in your design. This practice will help your project to acquire unique traits for each room. Also, by adding more detail to the openings, you'll see how the artificial lights gain an important role when the night comes.
2. Landscape Design. Using structural systems to elevate your project is an excellent idea. The spaces left in the structural frame can be used to add vegetation, where users can find shadow and other conditions to develop their daily activities. In the same way, you may try to add more green life on the outdoor areas. These elements will unify your project with the context.
Finally, your proposal looks very complete. In terms of distribution and orientation, it seems flawless. I hope my comments can help you. Feel free of contacting me if there's anything more I can do for you.
