Dear Alexandra Kozaňáková,
Thank you for your submission to the INSPIRELI AWARDS competition for the Commercial Centre project. As a certified INSPIRELI AWARDS judge, I have reviewed your project and would like to provide feedback on your design.
Firstly, conceptually, your project is not well organized. The design lacks a clear and cohesive concept that unifies the different elements of the project. The commercial center is supposed to be the heart of life and bring people together. However, your design does not effectively create this sense of community.
From a technical point of view, the project is not well-designed for disabled people. The lack of accessibility features in the design creates barriers for individuals with disabilities, limiting their ability to access and utilize the commercial center.
Additionally, the placement of the street in the middle of the alley is not a suitable approach due to the possibility of flooding. The lack of proper drainage systems could pose a potential hazard to the project's infrastructure.
Moreover, the project does not have a suitable common center for public spaces. The two buildings are far from each other and do not support each other from an architectural point of view. This creates a disconnect in the design, which can limit the sense of community that the commercial center is supposed to promote.
Furthermore, while the idea of the designed holiday center is to create a place where people will feel good and attract new potential guests, the current design does not effectively achieve this goal. The lack of a clear concept and the technical limitations pose challenges to the functionality and accessibility of the commercial center.
In conclusion, the project needs further development to achieve its full potential. I encourage you to consider the feedback provided and make the necessary adjustments to the design. Thank you for your contribution to the INSPIRELI AWARDS competition.
Sincerely,
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hourakhsh Ahmad Nia, Alanya University, Turkey.
