Appreciate the amount of work that is presented for the said project. The Regency Hotel project provides the necessary luxury that one would expect when they visit a high-end Hotel. The theme chosen is well reflected in all the 3D visualizations. The wall paneling, the false ceiling design, adhere to the rich theme and the complimenting colour scheme suits well.
As for the drawings are concerned, they could have been a little more detailed, and better presented. A lighting layout, reflected ceiling plan, furniture detailing in terms of material specifications, would have added a lot more value to the Project. More work could have been done on the flooring patterns, specifications as well. An important part of hospitality Interiors is the graphic and visual branding of the same, which is currently missing in the Project and if done, then would surely make this project a lot more saleable.
All in all, a sincere attempt in presenting an holistic idea !
