The location and surroundings of the project are not known, only whether it will be by the sea or by a lake. We cannot talk about the integration of the plan into the environment, its cultural embedded. It deals with the large area on which it is planning a hotel. Little is known about the hotel, the setting suggests that it is not a city hotel but a sports or leisure hotel. The hotel rooms can be identified, the other features cannot be identified. The scale of the drawing 1:300 is unusual, for one of drawings perhaps not correct.
The main mass of the hotel is simple, rational and functional. The organisation of the other functions into an external mass is not able justified, the shaping is random, no readable organisational order. The exterior design of both the main mass and the other functions is average, mediocre, without a distinctive identity.
Environmental design is well understood from the many view drawings. The sports fields are orderly, but no unified concept or recognizable organizing principle has developed. The individual pools or other design elements are interchangeable, not fitting organically into a conceptual order. It could be envisaged that sheltered courtyards or gardens could be created between the masses of the building, providing shelter from the wind or shade for the comfort of the outside. Thus without square walls and stronger garden structures, the environment is less welcoming. The structural solutions of the buildings are rudimentary.
Environmental issues are not appreciated and information is scarce. The impression from the plan is that the student may have taken too large task.
