Greetings dear Miroslav Markov,
First of all congratulations on this project, you are a civil engineering student but you designed an understandable project. This being said, I highlighted some basic concepts that if they were included in this design, they could have made your project better.
your aim, in this project, " is to design an apartment building to complement the block of buildings and complete the corner " The corner of what? the site? or the other buildings... you should be as clear as possible regarding the description of the project.
You stated that "The site is more complex in shape, so to fill it..." This statement makes me believe that you designed this project just to fill a complex site. if it is so, it is a wrong motivation for design, design is meant to solve real problems with functional solutions. You need first to identify the problem you want to solve with your design before you start to do any further research regarding the design in itself.
You explain many things (Courtyard containing greenery and multi-purpose playground, Parking area on the top of the roof) through the text but most of them are not seen in your 3D and 2D, especially the sections, how do we access the parking area located on the roof? It is always better to show important spaces and technical details of the elements that make the particularity of your project.
