Dear Edi Alidema
hope you are doing well, we appreciate your effort. and there is some comments on your project, hope helping you to develop your projects and thinking.
overall, you have good idea, by create safe and interactive space for people.
but, actually the main fault in applying. and the area that you chosen.
as the map illustration, there is large area of residential buildings behind the street without enough green spaces and kids area or boulevard. which is in need to it, unlike what you do. you remove the mixed use building from important street to create park on the street.
in planning we use the commercial use along the streets and use calm, green, interactive use between residential area to rise the sustainability and improve quality of life for people.
so i prefer if you use this park between residential area or use many small park within it and connected it with the building what you to would to improve the humanization in the city
sincerely
Dear Maram Abbas,
Thank you for your thoughtful comments and feedback on my project. I appreciate your perspective and suggestions for further development. I understand your concern about the lack of green spaces, kids' areas, and boulevards in the large area of residential buildings behind the street depicted in the map illustration. You mentioned the importance of incorporating commercial use along streets and creating calm, green, and interactive spaces within the residential area to enhance sustainability and improve the quality of life for people.
I acknowledge the need for more green spaces and amenities within the residential area. Your suggestion of using the park between the residential areas or implementing multiple small parks connected to the buildings is valuable. These additions would indeed contribute to humanizing the city, providing a peaceful environment, and enhancing the overall livability of the neighborhood.
I will carefully reconsider the design approach, taking into account your suggestions and the need for a more integrated and sustainable neighborhood. Your input is invaluable in helping me improve and refine the project.
Thank you again for your insightful comments. If you have any further suggestions or thoughts, please feel free to share them with me.
Best regards,
Edi Alidema
