Good approach for the design response to the program and the given constrains of the historical context around the site .
Three points below are to be considered.
1- The scale of the massing:
The Holestic phenomenon proposed in the concept is interesting, however the ascending path generates an imposing scale to the project that can be conflicting with the traditional and historical context around the site and mentioned above. It is advisable to reduce the heights created by the massing.
2-The Architectural Path from Public to Semi Public to Semi Private generates an interesting perception to the consecutive spaces. The interpretation of this dynamism should be clearly shown in the combination of the spacial structures proposed for both, the concrete and the steel structures.
3-The harmony of the choice of materials at the facades between the brick and the steel structure is well interpreted and enhances a regional character to the project
The overall design proposal remains interesting!
