Based on the design, I think you need to initially look into and assess the physical environment (geographic, climate, skyline, noise, etc.) as well as social-cultural issues. Then let them guide you in developing a massing concept, a circulation concept, or even a material detail to make your design more valuable and reasonable.
For the facade, I suggest you consider the basics of design principles such as dominant-accent, solid-void, repetition, unity, and so on. If your design primarily consists of cubes or squares, be mindful when adding circles or tubes to determine whether they can be used as an accent or not.
For floor plan, you must check about building standard requirements such as for lift lobby, kitchen, loading dock, service room and even for car circulation space in parking lots.
Actually, I appreciate for design drawing, that show you're really intense to finish it.
