Hello! First of all I want to congratulate you for your participation in the competition organized by Inspireli Award.
The graphic representation of your project is on top.
Regarding the solution of the interior space, I want to point out the fact that within the apartments, a more generous living-room space is necessary in terms of dimensions, considering that the surfaces allow this. For example a bedroom from each apartment could be transformed into a living-room space. This space is necessary, because people spend most of their time in the common area and they use the bedrooms almost exclusively to rest.
Also, considering the location of the building (in New York), the price per square meter is high, which leads to the idea of generating apartments with generous surfaces to lead to the profitability of the project. This aspect may be in contradiction with the proposal of an interior staircase that uses a very large surface.
The idea of water curtains to reduce noise, the risk of fire and to increase the thermal comfort inside the building is very attractive and innovative.
I wish you success and I want to congratulate you for you project and representation.
