Create a sustainable and eco-friendly structures with innovative methodologies and materials. more
First of all I want to thank you for participating and congratulate you on this beautiful concept.
-The space management of the structure is very good, the idea of the vertical open area for the central exhibition hall gives a great value to it, as it the main object in the whole structure and highlight that area very well
-The presentation of the whole project from renders, elevations, sections to plans is very good, the color usage and the position of the renders is very good, where you are showing the points of interest in the project.
-Good thinking of reducing the building area of the ground floor for green space usage, more so, to increase the green space area you can use parts of the roof too, as a green roof.
-Integrating the ground floor with the general site is a very clever idea, where the upper part building is leaning on it, making a beautiful effect on the main entrance.
-Covering the elevations with decoration elements, to control the amount of light in the building, using ventilating systems and eco-friendly materials is a good way for making much better sustainable project as you did.
Per total great project and the idea of making a science hub is very good, where it brings social, intellectual and economic benefits to the area, the attention for sustainable buildings and making more eco-friendly structures, is a pillar for making a good future.
Keep up the good work!
