For architects and landscape architects and any design person, the aspect of the environment in which we design should be very important. I don't see your reference to the environment in the broader context of the cityscape, greenery, urban planning.
The design combines well the spaces you write about - you have thought through what should be here so that every user can find a place for himself. However, I don't see a disabled person being able to get everywhere without a problem or, for example, finding their place in a theater or some room. Remember - we design for everyone!
I see a clear inspiration in the building of the Rotterdam markthall, by MVRDV studio. The premise and shape of the building you are inspired by has deep thoughts about the form used, technological solutions, construction and references to the identity of the place. In your case, this is somewhat lacking.
In your design, I like the internal dynamics of the building by introducing a diagonal perpendicular that dominates the simple form of the building. I am not convinced by the steel frame of the building beyond. I know it stems from your considerations of massing but I think it should have some function and not just be something abstract in this type of building. Always consider the possibility of building realization when building a solid.
In the drawings on the attached PDF, I miss the detailing, dimensions, area, scale. It looks like a very conceptual design. But maybe that is what it was intended to be? Working with the model very much on the plus side. I like it. I keep my fingers crossed!
