This project is a concept of a center for cultural recreation and useful leisure. Located within the bone walls of the Paramonov warehouses in the city of Rostov-on-Don, the project gives a sense of the connection between the new time and the old

The project is the creation of a multi-level space, consisting of 3 floors-levels, in which are located: on the first floor - a reception that welcomes guests; a large bright space, which could be so due to the large atriums; a food court next to a whirlpool-like glass courtyard that seemed to form on the roof and descend to the very bottom, creating an open space in the fresh air. Also on the ground floor there is a lecture hall and a shop where you can buy merch with the theme of the exhibitions taking place here, from famous artists and sculptors.
On the second floor there are: an exhibition space and classes with interactive lessons from eminent exhibition artists.
The third floor is a continuation of the exhibition, but almost under the open sky, because the entire roof is made of glass, which, twisting and heading down, creates an interior green space. Also on the third floor, you can try yourself as a street artist on special white walls and draw graffiti.
Thus, this space is designed to attract more people to art. To inspire and educate people in creative thinking and a creative approach to all problems.

The project creates a space ready to accommodate more than 200 visitors and 50 employees. Materials: white concrete, glass, metal stairs and courtyard wall structures connected to metal roof truss structures
