نواة is a Community Development Center in Warraq El-Hadar to prepare a happy integrated community through cultivating main human values. Where, human values are the main factor to generate a happy and successful community, sense of BELONGING, TRUST, feeling VALUABLE and feeling SAFE. So, this project is an incubator for growing happiness seeds’ embryo.

This project consists of parts mainly target community. The main part is the educational center to grow generations on the main human values needed for having happy community. Also there's sports center and volunteering center to supports the aim of the educational center with a large public community open space to keep the connection with the Nile to maintain the feeling of that this land still their own land even a project is built on it.

The project is provided with skin of louvers made from brick slats using recycled bricks from the deconstruction of buildings in the context. Also the main part of project is the watch towers which enhances the identity of Warraq El-Haddar and its famous features.
