Dear Amir,
I appreciate the overall mass solution of the villa in the project. The mass of the villa is visually divided into smaller volumes. This chosen solution of dematerializing the villa in relation to the surrounding environment shows the student's ability to respect his surroundings, but at the same time to create a high-quality and original building. The building thus responds very well to the context of the place and creates a unique harmony with it.
I have no complaints about the project. The presentation of the project is at a high graphic level, which very clearly presents the resulting design of the villa. The floor plan layouts are simple, respecting the predetermined concept of the building, which responds to its surrounding environment. The project is documented by a clear diagram showing the gradual thinking of the concept from the beginning of the design to the resulting final design. I also appreciate the chosen way of writing the author's text, which describes the atmosphere of both the interior of the villa itself and its connection with the surrounding landscape. While reading this text, I could imagine exactly how the person in question might feel in the villa and what he might experience. It can be seen that Amir Hossein Saeedi Majd is able to connect written text with graphic representation. I wish you much success in your next projects.
Best regards,
Erik Petrus.
