Although one appreciates your initiative to explain your form-making process, it would have been interesting to see other aspects of architecture explored much further. I struggle to understand the relevance of your goals due to insufficient context regarding the issue you are attempting to address through your architectural intervention. Therefore, a site analysis should have been useful.
Indeed, the protrusion and recessing of facades help in breaking up what could have been a bulky form; however, there seems to be too much repetition of the same architectural pattern, giving almost a feeling of being in a totalitarian city. Moreover, the central park space feels too big for a human scale. Perhaps the problem can be solved by creating pockets of space that are well-defined according to activities. For instance, you may define spaces such as a play area or outdoor gym if such spaces are needed. Whatever activities you choose for the park, they would probably need to relate to activities on the ground floor of the buildings, which unfortunately you do not seem to have articulated. Concerning the presentation, floor plans, sections, and elevations are needed.
In closing, I would suggest that you make an effort to look at the entire development from a human experience perspective and work on your presentation.
I wish you a successful design process.
