Greetings Franco Sebastian Moran Casares,
Firstly, I would like to commend your amazing submission. Your renders are stunning. I greatly appreciate your beautiful hand drawings, which effectively highlight your design process. Your model exploration shows how thoughtfully you designed your form to fit the context; it is very well considered.
Although language might be a barrier, as I didn't fully understand some of the notes in the project. The spatial layout of your education center is very successful. I admire how you respected the terrain and did your best to minimize disturbances.
One recommendation I have is to consider the three forms of sustainability: social, economic, and environmental. As architects, we often focus on environmental sustainability, but it is important to balance all three, as they all contribute to the overall sustainability of a project. Think about the lifecycle of your building. Can it be disassembled later on? Can it be repurposed for another use in the future? Also, consider the materials used in the project: where are they sourced from, do they empower local communities with skills, or are skills being imported from outside? There is so much potential for further exploration in this project in terms of sustainability. Adding more layers to this project it will make much richer.
Overall, this is a very exciting project. Congratulations on your phenomenal work!
