This is a poetic and well-composed project that translates the idea of discovery into a built experience with clarity and restraint. The narrative is strong. The spatial journey from the outside world into a moment of introspection and eventual revelation is conceptually tight and effectively expressed in form.
The relationship between the elliptical embankment and the vertical menhir is well calibrated. One acts as protection, the other as object and invitation. There is a balance here between monumentality and subtlety, which is not easy to achieve.
The name “Eureka!” is appropriate and does not overstate the concept. It captures the emotional core of the project without distracting from the architecture itself.
From a technical point of view, the use of site earth for the embankment is a smart and sustainable choice. The wooden structure appears lightweight and constructible, and the sequence of assembly is clearly thought through. There is a certain economy of means here that supports the conceptual clarity. The structure does not try to do too much, and that works in its favor.
The presentation is particularly strong. It adds mood and depth without relying on excessive visuals. It feels curated, like a book cover that suggests a story inside. That approach enhances the experience rather than explaining it too literally. There is also a quiet tension throughout that adds to the sense of mystery. In some ways, it evokes an Orwellian atmosphere.
That said, I think there is room to push the interior spatial quality further. The atmosphere, in terms of light, texture, temperature, and acoustics, could be explored in more detail. The discovery moment would benefit from stronger spatial definition and a clearer contrast between entry, transition, and reveal. I would also recommend addressing accessibility and circulation, especially if this is to function as a public or semi-public installation.
Overall
This is a poetic and technically grounded proposal. The concept is clear, elegant, and the presentation lifts the architectural story. With further development of interior experience and user accessibility, it has the potential to become a powerful built moment.
You have created a project that speaks with restraint and depth, which is not easy to achieve. The clarity of your concept, along with your sensitivity to space and narrative, shows maturity and strong design thinking. Keep refining your voice — your approach has a lot of potential, and I look forward to seeing how your work evolves in the future.
