Hi Nalindu,
your project is very well explained, shown and argumented. You have very strong layout skills and I love your combinations of images with a matched texture in your presentation boards. Well done!
Your low-tech approach to the architecture and load barring structures make absolute sense for your site and concept. I would like to see more close-up construction details of it!
Your renderings are visually strong, especially the top-down perspective on the main page. I would advise you to edit your images a bit, so the colours feel a bit more real and less aggressive. Also, please don't use the people from the 3D library as they always look fake. Take some time you add the people in the post processing.
I think a 3D-section would be a nice addition to your project. Your plans seem a boring and plane in comparison to your strong sketches and texture. Why not use your skills with textures in them too?
For future presentation boards, I advise you to chose a different font. This one works fine for headlines, but in the continuous text together with the justified text it it hard to read.
Dear Clemens Jopp,
Thank you very much for your detailed and constructive feedback on my project. I greatly appreciate your kind words about my layout skills and the combination of images and textures in my presentation boards.
I am glad to hear that my low-tech approach to architecture and load-bearing structures resonated well with the site and concept. I will definitely work on providing more close-up construction details to further illustrate my design.
Your advice on rendering improvements is very valuable. I will adjust the colors to make them appear more natural and will ensure to use real people in post-processing for a more authentic look in my future designs.
Additionally, I will be adding a 3D section to enhance the project presentation in the future and will apply my texturing skills to the plans to make them more engaging because sketching is a personal favourite of mine. Lastly, I appreciate your suggestion regarding the font choice and will select a different one for better readability in future boards.
Thank you once again for your insightful comments and guidance.
Best regards,
Nalindu
