I appreciate the fact that you have tried to design by sensitising yourself to understand social spaces and energy efficiency. However, these are investigated by you in a restrictive way, you could have gone beyond the basic strategies and principles of tall towers. When you are incorporating above concepts in your design then building services play an important role, I did not see any service area other than toilet, lifts and staircases on the floor. What services are required for electricity, air-conditioning, Heating, fire-fighting, EPBAX, Connectivity, are there any Sewage Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant? Shafts? Is there any service floor? These services once incorporated may change the form and overall look of the building.
I feel for projects where shared working spaces are critical analysing with dynamism flare and flexibility could be the key tools. Dynamic facade, flexible spaces, dynamic services and a cohesive form that changes the look and appeal of the building thus, bringing the novelty.
I think while you were trying to bring novelty the investigative approach looks more restrictive. But you do get points for thought process, material understanding, renders, and a unified mass.
