The territory of the projected microdistrict is a multifunctional structure that combines the main forms of human activity. The placement of the main service facilities along the pedestrian line provides passing services to the public when moving from public transport stops to residential buildings. The public shopping center is located along the central line
of the neighborhood. this allows residents to quickly walk from their places of work to their place of residence. Residential buildings are designed as a group of blocked residential buildings with built-in and attached facilities. Residential buildings are located partially around the perimeter the neighborhood, partially in groups closer to the center of the neighborhood, which allows you to create a single courtyard area, in which children's playgrounds, recreation areas, and laundry drying areas are located. Residential groups of houses are designed so that their yard spaces were maximally protected from the effects of unfavorable weather conditions. Buildings located along highways serve as a protective shield from the winds.

The microdistrict is the primary link of the residential area - the main structural unit of the residential territory. It is designed as a complex isolated from the main urban traffic, with full daily household services, where the most healthy and comfortable living conditions are created for the population. The construction of the microdistrict is underway in the
Alamudunsky district, Lebedinovka village, the population of the microdistrict varies from 15,000 people to 20,000 people, this population density goes beyond the construction of high-rise and high-rise residential buildings. Public buildings, schools, kindergartens, shops and other household facilities for public services are also located in the microdistrict.
