Designing interior architecture and shaping public spaces. more
The interior design of a boutique hotel is characterized by uniqueness, luxury and attention to detail, which together create a unique atmosphere. Each room and common space has a unique design, often inspired by local culture, history or a specific leitmotif. The interiors are not standard, as in large hotel chains, but carefully designed to provide guests with a unique experience. High-quality materials are used. Great attention is paid to details such as soft carpets, curtains, high-quality bedding and decorations.
Interior designs are often created with the individual needs and preferences of guests in mind, but this was a bit missing here, the very idea of recycling, in my opinion, does not exhaust the topic of designing a boutique hotel. Hotel service can be tailored to individual requirements, which emphasizes the character of the boutique as an exclusive and unique place. The interiors often contain elements referring to local culture, art and history, which allows guests to better understand the place where they are located. Local materials and works of art are used, often involving local craftsmen and artists.
A smaller number of rooms compared to large hotels favors a more intimate atmosphere. Common spaces such as lobbies, restaurants and bars are designed to encourage interaction between guests while ensuring privacy. The integration of modern technologies such as intelligent room management systems, high-speed Wi-Fi and charging stations for electronic devices is standard. Designs of this type of interior may, of course, include additional amenities, such as a spa, gym, swimming pool, which are available to guests, but maintain an intimate character.
When it comes to the ideas of recycling and ecology, I am sometimes unsatisfied, we could think about a larger amount of greenery, its supply and maintenance-free form, both in the context of the interior and the facade of the building, which can be seen to have been influenced by the design, for which I would give a big plus. The materials are very well selected, the combination of colors and material structures also deserves special attention in this project.
