This is a very interesting proposal. However, please also consider the location of the exits on the ground floor. It would be beneficial to highlight more about the procedures for elderly evacuation, as they might not be able to bring themselves down easily. Will there be assistance available for them, not just in the form of ramps but also elevators for their daily activities? Additionally, have you considered the distance to medical services and the accessibility of ambulances within the development?
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but is this project focused solely on catering to the elderly? What about the norms and culture of Taichung regarding elder care? Do families in Taichung typically place elders in care facilities, or do the elders prefer to stay near their families?
Regardless, this proposal is a great step forward in considering how a community should care for its elderly members.
