The first impression is there are many line elements (vertically and horizontally), and the lettering of the building name needs to be more balanced (just simple and not that much)
The statement "Business incubator to improve the city's local economy" must accompany more open space for the local community. Openness can be linked to landscape organizations so that it doesn't seem self-limiting (exclusive).
The ordering principle and roof completion in the top-view site plan are well done. However, the distribution of green areas is still minor, so the site seems dominated by 'grey space.' Finding massing is representative, but outdoor intervention must be considered.
