Dear Dawid Andrzejczak and Mateusz Kuczyński,
Thank you for submitting your project. From the very first meeting and through the materials you presented, it is evident that your approach balances a gentle commitment to sustainability with a bold and confident stance in structural positioning and spatial definition.
The design concept and integration of sustainability principles, along with a circular economic logic, are commendable. The use of geometric forms reveals a thoughtful architectural approach that goes beyond surface-level gestures—architecture here is treated with care and intention.
The incorporation of greenhouse-like structures is an intelligent move; it introduces warmth and a sense of familiarity, a key element that allows users to feel at ease within the spatial experience. The use of recycled water, its collection, and management reinforces the project’s sustainable agenda in a tangible and meaningful way.
The graphic presentation is original and expressive. The spatial layout and interior furnishing are especially successful—there is a clear sense of joy and care in the way the spaces are designed. I could imagine spending time in this structure with pleasure. I must also note the emotional impact of the atmospheric interior visuals—they evoke a kind of sensitivity akin to that of the Louvre Museum. This, to me, is a powerful quality: it makes the user feel good, and that matters deeply.
Overall, the project is exceptionally well-developed and professionally executed. The relationship between nature and structure has a certain delicacy that is both poetic and precise. One area I would have liked to see pushed further is the façade and structural expression—there is room for a more original resolution in that layer.
Still, this is a truly impressive piece of work. Congratulations.
