The idea of the project is to promote the international fair of sfax by creating a new extension with a business hotel which overlooks the main axis of the Habib Bourguiba road. Indeed, the project plays a welcoming role for the city of sfax, given that its strategic location with a visual continuity of habib bourguba axis with a particular shape that symbolizes the dome by creating a continuity of line with the old fair of sfax through slanted curved lines. In addition, It is a meeting place…
This is an interesting picture - the part is very good, but then there are a few elements that spoil the impression. The part in the green marking is almost perfect photorealistically and visually pleasing. But then there is the large-scale texture, the lack of profiling of sidewalks and paths, some shape that is not completely smooth, etc. Overall, the camera is aimed unnecessarily low, it would be better to move the shot more up to the sky. (move camera down and look more forward)
Nice attack with light, it highlights the interesting construction well, but the surroundings are too flat thanks to the light. It would certainly only help to turn on the effect of global illumination. It is necessary to adjust the lights so that the surroundings are not so light "flat". There are simply no shadows. The use of spotlights should correct this. I also apreciate a well-chosen view of the part of the building on the left, which is a contrast to the shape of the main structure of the design.
It is better to adjust the reflection of the glass using the effect of planar reflections, see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCXbPUBSarc
Red - Lumion contains hundreds of additional models such as coffee, cake, fruit, drinks. It is good to use it.
Blue - It would be better to use a larger focal length indoors, as well as a 2-point perspective. The image will be more readable, but it will also be better to see the contrast of the outer shell with the interior perpendicular shapes.
There are a lot of lights, but the shadows are too sharp and there is basically only one shadow. It would be good to add some additional lights to the emissive material, also turn on and set the GI, see here: https://youtu.be/RSUO7PFmyUs and here: https://youtu.be/6-0Cxg8xAao
