I like idea, that comic art museum is presented as a comic art. But maybe it can be presented (just an idea) with some famous comics paterns. Shape of building is complex and i think it is possible to connect it with such a graphic elements.

Showing Sculpture court is fine, also using a 2D persons. But it looks like nobody cares about sculptures. It would be fine to show peaople near to these scupltures. Add there more life is always good for visualizations.

You have to choose if you want to present your idea by cartoon or not. This is something between, so you need to place there much more details in 3D model, because it is shown like realistit render for many observers. Walks, details for roads, better grass material... I also preffer to use Real sky HDRI maps.

This is project i would like to visit after it is build. but you gave me no clue what it is looking in details and interiors. I miss here focus on details, so i can imagine it more. (It is not for this picture only, but the whole presentation)
