Great model and composition. In this project I generally like how a well-done model is used to showcase all of the project aspects, to explain everything in a simple way without the need to re-draw everything in 2D.
In the future it would be a great idea to use a realistic render engine so the pictures will get lively. Having a detailed model is a good starting point and the next phase should really bring the images to life by using high quality textures, assets and realistic lighting through a good engine.
Using a better field of view (lens angle) would make the interiors look more realistic and eye-pleasing.
Axonometric views are a great way of explaining the functionality of the building. However, the whole sheet contains a lot of information and is hard to read. I would add blank margins and a bigger gap between the pictures for good readability. The whole layout should contain more blank space.
