The aim of this project is to provide a simple, functional and economic friendly design for the client
It would be a good idea to use a larger focal length to make it easier for the subject to fit into the frame. The house should also occupy a larger area of the image.
It seems that the parking area is an important element, doesn't it? Should so much emphasis be placed on it?
Trees should be a little differentiated, perhaps by rotation. I would add some undergrowth.

The image content is too fit for the edges
The focal length is very small, just move one slider in Lumion while capturing the image. Usually a value of 24-35mm is used.
Nice image, it is a pitty, the roof is too close to edge of picture. Please just fix this one issue.
Even indoors, it's good to use a two-point perspective. I would also add ambient light to highlight the shadows. Just add effect of 2-point perspective and set more light from skylight effect.
