If you already have a 3D model with sidewalks and surfaces, why not turn on 3D grass? It would be good on highlighted areas. Also, the focal length is unnecessarily small.

This is probably the best view, I would pay more attention to it. It would like a better sky (HDRI or Realsky - how to add it can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3qjDhWqOkaI) And I would remove those stripes on the horizon (use an endless ocean, or the end clearly defined). People are a little unnaturally distributed. Group them a little bit.

Grass is not visible, use bigger scale. People are trimmed for no reason. Otherwise it is a good shot.
