If you already have a 3D model with sidewalks and surfaces, why not turn on 3D grass? It would be good on highlighted areas. Also, the focal length is unnecessarily small.

Grass is not visible, use bigger scale. People are trimmed for no reason. Otherwise it is a good shot.
