2D/3D FEEDBACK
The other pictures are very colorful and playful, this one is a bit out of line, maybe it's a shame. Why use one full and one semi-transparent character? Nice details.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
One of the best imagges i see so far. Just one thing - color.
When black is used on materials, it should never be absolutely black in the resulting image. Such a color then represents a "hole" in the image for the observer. The human eye always tries to see some reflections and shadows on everything, etc. Some gradient - this determines the surface distance in space (among other things).
There should never be an RGB of 0,0,0, or 255,255,255 in the resulting image on a larger area. But this also applies to other colors.

If you use Lumion, it is advisable to use a real sky. It automatically raises the render level and photoreality.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Why not use more types of characters and models? It is not star wars clones wars i guess. It is always better to use more characters.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The camera has an unnecessarily low focal length. this makes it difficult to solve other compositions, because there is "too much" in the picture and the shapes are too deformed. The colors are unnecessarily saturated to my taste. It is good to use colors, most architectural presentations are unnecessarily desaturated, so then there is no need for an optically attractive, but it is not good to saturate colors so much.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
This is a nice visualization, the spread of light is beautifully shown here and the whole space can be seen pleasantly. I like these empty school spaces, because you can imagine the life that will come soon. What spoils the overall impression of this picture are too white areas of glass and panel. White is so extremely white that the gradient and spatiality are lost. As the work with light is pleasantly shown in the upper part of the picture, the observer is lost on white surfaces.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
This visualization has nice camera settings. The natural range is good, but small unfinished work or too geometric elements stand out. An example for all, the end of the road / path is too sharp and does not connect to the land of the house even with respect to the terrace. At this moment it looks like building is abandoned.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
This shot can be improved simly by adding some decorations for showing life in this building. Or just create a paths to front doors and so on.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Whole visual is very pleasing, very clean and easily understandable. A little tip though - I would probably stay consistent with colours throughout the whole brochure layout - this time mostly red and green is used in previous pictures. No need to change them here to orange.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The general visual representation is great, although on this specific picture i would add a bit of saturation and light mostly to the main object to make it stand out more and catch the eye. Red is a very strong color and it should make the image really vibrant. Also the guy in the left foreground is a bit disturbing.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I would add more greenry.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I really like the composition.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
This is a quality and pleasant project processing. It just looks pretty gloomy in color. I would personally appreciate more colors, lighter shades and some distinctive elements that attract attention. Because purely graphically, when it's in the crowd of other works, it just won't be visible. Of course, you need to use colors sparingly.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I like that the first is this view, which clearly shows the building. For such architecture, it is a pivotal performance. Of course, it doesn't play a wow effect. In any case, thanks to the shape and textures, the building does not need to be modified in any way, but the textures of the surroundings and the detail of its processing are dismal. The textures are repeated, it can be seen that the surroundings are not processed and it spoils the impression of visualization. The road should have bollards and basic details. Textures should be a bit diverse so that they do not repeat. Using puddles is a good idea.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
It is not advisable to combine these colors together. Such shadows should be lighter and significantly.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
This is a beautiful scheme, which could be supplemented by visualization from each important part, and numbering could easily be used, as is often the case in important places on maps.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
It is same as previous comment - I would choose more pleasant colors and visuals, still a little playful. It should be visible visually that this is a place where it will be pleasant to be. Sky is a bit too dark, i miss colours there.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I would like to see examples of the use of individual spaces, because it will probably be essential what people will deal with here. I would do more visualizations that show the mood, the people, the layout of the buildings.
