2D/3D FEEDBACK
The image is very uniform, uninteresting in color. The dramatic sky disappears in the context of the same color of the surrounding buildings and the main design. However, the main idea of the picture, as I perceive it, to show a dramatic transition and highlight the main building, is great. I would prefer to divide the image into two parts. I would make the right part with the main design more contrasting, brighter, sharper. The sky could turn brighter in this part. The left part could remain as it is. In my opinion, this would emphasize the importance of the building.

If you use Lumion, it is advisable to use a real sky. It automatically raises the render level and photoreality.

Why not use more types of characters and models? It is not star wars clones wars i guess. It is always better to use more characters.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The camera has an unnecessarily low focal length. this makes it difficult to solve other compositions, because there is "too much" in the picture and the shapes are too deformed. The colors are unnecessarily saturated to my taste. It is good to use colors, most architectural presentations are unnecessarily desaturated, so then there is no need for an optically attractive, but it is not good to saturate colors so much.

Al these pictures have a nice camera setting, and even green is well placed. It is only a bit too dark. It would be nice to use a G.I. function to improve realistic look of lights. Here is how: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6-0Cxg8xAao and for sun: https://youtu.be/RSUO7PFmyUs

Empty areas and the absence of sidewalk details and the like spoil the impression. It's a pity, just put there the common elements that are available in the exterior library.

To the greenery - these are not flower beds, but an exhibition of individual plants. This is how the plants work very unnatural. The texture of the grass should definitely have 3d blades, here it is very visible.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The visualization is very much divided by the colors of the terrain, the model and overall, it is poorly understood. I would replace the white terrain with something else.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
You use quite violent graphics, so maybe it would be appropriate to combine it with something a little pleasant, so that there is a clear contrast between the "bad" outside and the peace inside. In this picture, I would choose more pleasant colors and visuals, still a little playful. Because when all the visual elements are unpleasant, it will be difficult for the average observer to spend a long time. It should be visible visually that this is a place where it will be pleasant to be.
