2D/3D FEEDBACK
Design is a bit too close to the edge of the picture. But whole composition is fine. So it would be fine, to maybe just to move camera few steps back.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The shadows should have a certain gradient and lighten from the roof down. That's probably the only distracting thing here, otherwise it's very nice.

Textures on the wall are too dark, it is not clear what material it really is. It is connected with shadows in different feedback here. Texture on the vase have a standard issue - bad scale or UV mapping. You should change scale or mapping.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
An unusual presentation of architecture, usually in visualizations people try to portray the characters so that they are not very expressive and do not disturb the architecture. In this case, however, it naturally follows the function. Family photography is actually a very good form of presentation.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Here the difference between the shadows of people and buildings is very significant. Shadows should be darker and with a gradient. The background and foreground of the image would fit together better.

Try to add more variants of trees, these looks exactly the same, so its texture mix together. It can also help to use better shadows settings to sepparate each tree.

Using more of 2-point perspective can help to introduce the real dimmensions of this design. It is also better for observer to understand space. To be clear, I do not think it is neccessarry to add 2 point perspective at maximum level.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
It is pitty, that there is no ¨real skies¨ effect used, or some HDRI map. You can instantly improve your rendering just by using this one effect. You can see it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3qjDhWqOkaI

Greenery is missing a shadows. So it is not connected with rest of the picture.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Nice attack with light, it highlights the interesting construction well, but the surroundings are too flat thanks to the light. It would certainly only help to turn on the effect of global illumination. It is necessary to adjust the lights so that the surroundings are not so light "flat". There are simply no shadows. The use of spotlights should correct this. I also apreciate a well-chosen view of the part of the building on the left, which is a contrast to the shape of the main structure of the design.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Nice composition, framing with vegetation and detailed model. Shadows are a bit too strong so we lose the detail.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I know it´s very tricky with photomatching, but it´s too obivous that the lighting isn´t right here. In these cases it´s okay to make it a bit more artistic than realistic - maybe turn the photo background to black-and-white or use some kind of sketchy style.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
When choosing a presentation of empty space, it is necessary to have a model and textures processed in greater detail. Here I see shortcomings especially in texturing. It would be useful to improve the textures so that each has its own direction. Ie. Divide the areas in the model according to orientation or purpose (floor, walls, etc.) You can see it on the nearest areas, balconies. Of course, this could be solved by another camera option, looking from these balconies. Other textures are also relatively little plastic, it would be appropriate to gift a more pronounced relief and adjust the lights so that the whole space is not illuminated by a uniform light. I would illuminate the stage more than the rest of the hall.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I just took a quick look at how the impression of the space changes if the lights in different parts are set differently. Of course, it's just a 2D adjustment (I don't have 3D available), so it's not accurate at all and the shadows don't fit.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
This is a good shot, I would just adjust the details by the road here. There is no area and it can be seen under the road. I would choose better models of people's models. Scanned would be enough for static visualization and will look better. You should add more ambient light, so shadovs are more realistic.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
It is not advisable to combine these colors together. Such shadows should be lighter and significantly.
