2D/3D FEEDBACK
When showing public space on this scale, it is good to add more interactions between people. The first look falls on the building, which is positive, then it would like further interest in people's interactions. You should introduce observers to the use of space.

Design is a bit too close to the edge of the picture. But whole composition is fine. So it would be fine, to maybe just to move camera few steps back.

The shadows should have a certain gradient and lighten from the roof down. That's probably the only distracting thing here, otherwise it's very nice.

It is probably not entirely appropriate to comment on this presentation from the point of view of 2D / 3D feedback. The choice of an animated story with lyrics is very pleasant. It builds on what most human communication is about - stories. For me, this is an ideal example of how to do visualizations and project presentations differently. I do not evaluate the quality of texts or architecture now, it is not for me. But the form of presentation - visualization is perfect and funny.
I recommend everyone to see the whole project.

Try to add more variants of trees, these looks exactly the same, so its texture mix together. It can also help to use better shadows settings to sepparate each tree.

Using more of 2-point perspective can help to introduce the real dimmensions of this design. It is also better for observer to understand space. To be clear, I do not think it is neccessarry to add 2 point perspective at maximum level.

It is pitty, that there is no ¨real skies¨ effect used, or some HDRI map. You can instantly improve your rendering just by using this one effect. You can see it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3qjDhWqOkaI

This is a nice look that could be fine-tuned. What spoils the first impression is the repetitive texture. It is a texture of the landscape, there it is possible to easily change the scale with one slider. Maybe I would use a two-point perspective for more dramatic view.

Nice attack with light, it highlights the interesting construction well, but the surroundings are too flat thanks to the light. It would certainly only help to turn on the effect of global illumination. It is necessary to adjust the lights so that the surroundings are not so light "flat". There are simply no shadows. The use of spotlights should correct this. I also apreciate a well-chosen view of the part of the building on the left, which is a contrast to the shape of the main structure of the design.

It is better to adjust the reflection of the glass using the effect of planar reflections, see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCXbPUBSarc

Red - Lumion contains hundreds of additional models such as coffee, cake, fruit, drinks. It is good to use it.
Blue - It would be better to use a larger focal length indoors, as well as a 2-point perspective. The image will be more readable, but it will also be better to see the contrast of the outer shell with the interior perpendicular shapes.

There are a lot of lights, but the shadows are too sharp and there is basically only one shadow. It would be good to add some additional lights to the emissive material, also turn on and set the GI, see here: https://youtu.be/RSUO7PFmyUs and here: https://youtu.be/6-0Cxg8xAao

This is a pretty nice shot. This would help to increase the focal length even more.
The way to improve this shot is perhaps to lighten the shadows a bit to make it easier to see under the plants (or use more light from the sky). Dark spots in visualizations of parks and pedestrian zones are not entirely welcome.
It would also be good to adjust objects and plants near the camera. Focus more on composition. It is ideal to take a shot with a very rough layout of elements. Then, according to the shot, complete individual models, figures and try out what it will look like in the context of photography. It is good to place very detailed models in front of the camera (for example, plants, these are prepared in Lumion in the highest possible quality). This, in turn, pushes the credibility of the render a little further.

Try to use 2-point perspective. It will help you to get better understanding of your design for most people. You can find setting here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_NOE2Ioi3I
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The general visual representation is great, although on this specific picture i would add a bit of saturation and light mostly to the main object to make it stand out more and catch the eye. Red is a very strong color and it should make the image really vibrant. Also the guy in the left foreground is a bit disturbing.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Truly amazing visualisation. Explanatory, great color correction and the right contrast for the most important part. Using a dark water material makes the project really stand out from the image.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
All these shots are very pleasant and colorful. It would perhaps only be appropriate to add a detailed element here, close to the camera, which would make some other sense of simplicity. Or maybe just add a flower pot with a flower?
2D/3D FEEDBACK
This is a good shot, I would just adjust the details by the road here. There is no area and it can be seen under the road. I would choose better models of people's models. Scanned would be enough for static visualization and will look better. You should add more ambient light, so shadovs are more realistic.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I like this cutout. For better realism, just add a few details. For example, undergrowth to tree trunks or concrete elements. Slight local imperfections and wear on materials. Or maybe splashing water behind a bike. But it is definitely a great job even without it.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
This picture was definitely supposed to be the first, because it shows the whole building and clearly states that it is exceptional. Which fits her purpose. But because the design is optically simple, which is attractive, it is necessary to pay attention to the detailed settings of materials, lights, decorations, etc. This is quite nicely done here, only the materials are not completely legible for me. It would definitely like to add reflections to the surfaces.
