2D/3D FEEDBACK
When showing public space on this scale, it is good to add more interactions between people. The first look falls on the building, which is positive, then it would like further interest in people's interactions. You should introduce observers to the use of space.

Perfect for inspiring others, well done bird view!
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Set right reflections - use reflection planes eventualy on water.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Design is a bit too close to the edge of the picture. But whole composition is fine. So it would be fine, to maybe just to move camera few steps back.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The shadows should have a certain gradient and lighten from the roof down. That's probably the only distracting thing here, otherwise it's very nice.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Textures on the wall are too dark, it is not clear what material it really is. It is connected with shadows in different feedback here. Texture on the vase have a standard issue - bad scale or UV mapping. You should change scale or mapping.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Try to add more variants of trees, these looks exactly the same, so its texture mix together. It can also help to use better shadows settings to sepparate each tree.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Using more of 2-point perspective can help to introduce the real dimmensions of this design. It is also better for observer to understand space. To be clear, I do not think it is neccessarry to add 2 point perspective at maximum level.

It is pitty, that there is no ¨real skies¨ effect used, or some HDRI map. You can instantly improve your rendering just by using this one effect. You can see it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3qjDhWqOkaI

One of the best imagges i see so far. Just one thing - color.
When black is used on materials, it should never be absolutely black in the resulting image. Such a color then represents a "hole" in the image for the observer. The human eye always tries to see some reflections and shadows on everything, etc. Some gradient - this determines the surface distance in space (among other things).
There should never be an RGB of 0,0,0, or 255,255,255 in the resulting image on a larger area. But this also applies to other colors.

Texture in fron is not plastic, you can use displacement map for improving. Here is example to see impact: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A9arq26Lh0k Textures on facade needs to be sharpen a bit and there is missing 3D grass material. It is just one click to set 3D grass and it fits better to 3D trees and so on.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Well-chosen view, better shows the complex design.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I would add more trees, especially taller ones. Also due to the logo. And I would also put some curtains or shading elements in the windows to at least partially achieve a sense of privacy. But overall, the visualization is hilarious and in a pleasant mood.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
This visualization is very good. The composition is very good.
I would add more detail to the wood texture.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I like the emphasis of the object on the surroundings. I might add more greenery.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The general composition, ahmosphere and artificial lighting is good but I find this picture a bit too dark so it´s hard to understand and see the structure of the building. It would be a good idea to light it up a bit and also delete some of the people in the foreground or move them closer to the object so they don´t attract that much focus and make them non-transparent for better realism.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Great model, texturing and the overall detail. Also the atmosphere is quite interesting, I like it a lot in general. Only thing I would avoid is the forework on the very left - these very bright components tend to "steal" the attention and viewer´s focus from the most important part - the architectural object in the middle. You can always move it closer to the building (behind it) where it´s doesn´t harm the focus that much.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I like the consistency of this project - the color scheme and the layout is is stable, graphic elements are easy to understand and quite explanatory. To the visualisation itself - I find the black frame a bit distracting (maybe you could use the blue color from the color scheme or nothing at all). It would also be nice to leave a bit more blank space on the top of the picture so the whole composition doesn´t feel so "tight".
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Nice use of colors, atmosphere and details. Looks very soft, gentle and nature-friendly. I would stick to this style with all the visualisations.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I would add more greenry.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I really like the composition.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I like the mood of this project. I would add more detail to the model and change the orientation of some textures.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I like how the render is colorful and full of life. It has a very positive effect. I would add more detail to the textures and model.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I would add more detail to the model.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Very good visualization. I like the mood and life in this picture. I also like the composition.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I would add more detail to the texture of the sidewalk and roofs.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I would add more greenery and detail to the textures and model.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Very nice project. I like colors and light. I would fill the foreground of the visualization more.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I would add more children's characters and highlight them.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I would choose a different view. I would add more detail to the textures.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Nice view. I would add more detail to the textures.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The texture on the facade disappears and the whole building thus becomes a uniform strange area, which is visually incomprehensible. The use of greenery is very pleasant. So are the animals. They also have a bad cut, but it doesn't really matter at all. :) The shadows on the trees are a little more confusing.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Very nice interior. I would just add more detail to the wood texture.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Very nice interior. I would just add more detail to the wood texture.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Here could be a bit more ambient light from the roof. And still same issue with texture. Myaby tehere can be some furniture or somethig, explaining funcionality of these nonvertical walls.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I would add more greenery and detail to the textures. I would adjust the focus of the image.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
This is a beautiful render, there's not much to complain about. I usually advise caution with puddles and the like, because customers and observers do not always respond to them and rain, but here it makes the most sense. It beautifully shows the contrast of interior and exterior and attracts inside. I can't know to what extent it's a 3d model and how much it's a plot. This in itself is a sign of perfect work.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I really appreciate the details, such as the reflections in the puddles and the work with sidewalks and roads in general. The models and texturing of the objects at the back is also perfect. Of course, it is a bit obvious here that the building "optically falls", but quite negligibly.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The foreground of the visualization is unnecessarily crowded with various effects and objects. Puddles, wear, distinctive texture, etc. together create an almost unreadable area from which it is not clear whether it is a road, sidewalk, forest path or something else. The possibility is to remove those elements or to create a mirror reflection of the house in the pools and add more to make up most of the area. Apart from this confusing element, however, the visualization is well done! From the top line, the picture is completely professional.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Personally, I would remove the car. In my opinion, it takes a lot of attention in an otherwise clean visualization.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
With such a large space, it is always necessary to do more visualizations that show the project from different angles. At first glance, the project is not legible. The visuals focus on either the whole or the three elements shown here. But the whole project looks interesting and it is a pity that the rest is not presented there either. I could also imagine a visualization focused on greenery, bike racks, seating and a rest area. Of course, some playful visuals, showing the use of not only parts for cycling.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Great image! You definetely have the technical skills and artistic feeling. And as such I will focus more on the details throughout the images.
1) Flowers in grass - Like the idea, just be careful with how much attention the flowers take. Especially the blue flowers are way too satured in comparison to the nice colorgrading of the rest of the image - I would lower the saturation little bit.
2) Framing - Personally I would frame the image so the building one the left is more prominent and working as a foreground. Either by moving the building or by adjusting the framing. Same goes for the tree on the right side I would move it in a little bit more.
3) Banding in the sky - These stripes usually occur when working in jpgs (or any other compressed file format) in postproduction. The way around this is to work with RAW files in more than 8 bit color depth. Personally I use TIFs.
4) Background through trees - Maybe it is correct this way depending on the reality, but usually I would put either models in the background or simple plane with some photo mapped. This way it feels that the proposal is on a hill or something.
5) Wall texture - I have a feeling that the texture repeats itself especially on the marked side (red). Most softwares today have some sort of UVW randomizer that can help you with this. Also is the scale of the brick wall correct? It is hard to tell but always check the scale of your textures.
