2D/3D FEEDBACK
An unusual presentation of architecture, usually in visualizations people try to portray the characters so that they are not very expressive and do not disturb the architecture. In this case, however, it naturally follows the function. Family photography is actually a very good form of presentation.

Here the difference between the shadows of people and buildings is very significant. Shadows should be darker and with a gradient. The background and foreground of the image would fit together better.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Well-chosen view, better shows the complex design.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Whole visual is very pleasing, very clean and easily understandable. A little tip though - I would probably stay consistent with colours throughout the whole brochure layout - this time mostly red and green is used in previous pictures. No need to change them here to orange.

Awesome hand sketches, it is very important to show the source of the idea and hand sketches are the best way to do so, they´re easy to understand and always point out the most important parts of the idea. At the same time you show your artistic skills what makes the project more trustworthy and personal.

Axonometric views are a great way of explaining the functionality of the building. However, the whole sheet contains a lot of information and is hard to read. I would add blank margins and a bigger gap between the pictures for good readability. The whole layout should contain more blank space.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Maybe I would make more interesting graphics.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Finally a picture where one can clearly see the whole mass. It´s importatnt to use there linearts or axonometries since they very clearly explain the whole spatial concept, while classic visualisations often focus on the detail or materials.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Great axonometry, explains the whole mass clearly and the color palette is interesting. Well done.

Love it that you use the model to represent the project in various ways, everything is easy to see and understand, especially in they axo-sections.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I like the consistency of this project - the color scheme and the layout is is stable, graphic elements are easy to understand and quite explanatory. To the visualisation itself - I find the black frame a bit distracting (maybe you could use the blue color from the color scheme or nothing at all). It would also be nice to leave a bit more blank space on the top of the picture so the whole composition doesn´t feel so "tight".

Nice image! Just a few ideas..:
1) I would maybe add one or two person to clearly show the scale
2) Lamps - Nice detail I would move them a little bit to the left because as of now the lamp creates a tangent with the corner of the building in the back (to read more about this just google
3) Framing - I would add a little bit more space to the bottom of the image (see my sketch included)
