Work description
At Siloxene we are passionate about introducing a new class of silicon-based, hybrid molecular building blocks to the world. We develop and commercialize those compounds for use as additives and enablers across a wide range of industries. Furthermore, we combine selected standard product from our portfolio with commodity polymer resins to create new hybrid raw materials with improved properties for usage in coatings, adhesives, elastomers and polymer materials.Your responsibilities: Carry out formulation development in the lab under guidance by other R&D specialists, particularly in the field of novel adhesives and coatings systems• Prepare test samples and carry out standardized characterization protocols with the R&D team.• Document work, systematically improve product prototype properties, exchange progress in regular meetings & digital exchanges with lead customer's R&D department.• Establish product quality control standard testing and operating protocols (STPs, SOPs).• Support technical sales manager in creating a full product documentation for the developed solutions.• Prepare financial key figures, support the team in compiling product specific business plans.
