Work description

1.Upon completion of the required training, acquire a comprehensive understanding of the company’s product portfolio. Provide expert technical assistance to clients, guiding them in effectively integrating and utilizing the products within their operations to ensure optimal performance.2.Work closely with the sales team to assess customer needs and deliver customized solutions based on the company’s product capabilities. 3.Assist in the refinement of training materials, user manuals, and technical documentation, aimed at ensuring customers are equipped with the knowledge necessary for the effective use and maintenance of the company’s products.4.Collaborate in the development and execution of product promotion strategies, assist in creating product demonstrations, and marketing materials to engage potential customers.
