For this reason, wewant to continue our commitment to young talent through our Youth Talent Program, directed at youngstudents who accept the challenge of being the leaders of our business in the future.What does the Youth Talent Program (YTP) consist of?The YTP is a programme focused on young people who are studying engineering, architecture, IT orsimilar studies at university and who are interested in doing a collaborative internship at Sener.Our paid YTP scholarships of at least 6 months part-time, will allow you to combine your studies while youput into practice your acquired knowledge, enjoying a flexible timetable in one of our offices in Madrid, always with the support of your tutor and with the possibility of incorporation into the company later.What profile are we looking for in our Youth Talent Program -YTP?The candidate will be involved in all areas of Geotechnical Projects such as the definition of geotechnicalcampaigns, the definition of geotechnical parameters of the terrain, the calculation of slopes in soil androck, the definition of supports, the calculation of treatments and improvements of the terrain (gravelcolumns , controlled modulus, wick drains...), calculation of consolidation and settlement of land,calculation of foundations (deep and shallow), lateral forces in piles, calculation of ground containment(walls, sheet piles)...
