Work description

Project Title: Detection of bone fracture using AI and Image processingDetailed Project Description: This study aims to evaluate the applicability of convolutional neural networks (CNNs), pre-trained on non-medical images, for automated fracture detection in plain radiography. To enhance patient care, many advanced technological tools have been developed to assist doctors and hospitals. However, conventional X-ray scanners sometimes produce blurry images of bones, increasing the risk of surgeons misdiagnosing bone fractures. The system comprises several steps, including pre-processing, edge detection, feature extraction, and machine learning classification. The ultimate goal is to simplify the work of surgeons and improve diagnostic accuracy.Outcomes of the Project: Detailed understanding of application of Deep learning in image detection, review existing technologies and explore future scope, develop DL model to detect bone fracture.Expected Results: DL model to detect bone fracture
