Work description

Project Title: Preparation and Characterization of 3D Hydrogel for Bioprinting of Skin SubstitutesDetailed Project Description: The project involves the modification of biopolymers with functional groups and subsequent bioprinting to create artificial skin substitutes. The intern will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including material scientists, life scientists, and clinicians, to develop hydrogels for 3D bioprinting applications. The project also includes studying the biocompatibility and viability of the printed constructs.Outcomes of the Project: Gain wet lab experience and knowledge in tissue engineering. Learn about various characterization tools used in life science research.Expected Results: Successful preparation and optimization of novel hydrogels for bioprinting applications.
