Work description
Work closely with the host institution to develop a training schedule that encompasses all key departments within a hotel or tourism office.Gain exposure to a wide range of operations, including: Front Office Kitchen Restaurant Bar Housekeeping and LaundryCollaborate with supervisors in each department to undertake assigned tasks, with a clear timeline for each station.Program HighlightsThe School of Tourism and Hospitality will partner with collaborators in the Maasai Mara National Game Reserve to ensure students experience comprehensive and high-quality placements. This program is designed to provide immersive, hands-on learning experiences across various hospitality and tourism functions.
