Super nice renderings! I enjoyed each and every shot that you shared. The color palette fits perfectly with soft lighting in the renderings. Great 3D models, texturing, and overall attention to detail. However, I found one rendering that I would like to comment on (I wanted to be picky :P), and it's mostly because of the girl in the image.
Firstly, I think the rendering would look better without the person. It's grabbing too much attention of the image, especially because it's centered.
Second, for some reason, it makes me feel sad looking at her. Probably because she is looking through the window, which gives an assumption that she is waiting for someone, but that someone never comes... If that was a desired emotion, that you wanted to awake, than I say great job :).
Third, I would position her differently (if we really want her in the shot). Moving her of the center, to the left side, but also positioning the camera, so I would see more of the window. I would try to make sure that she is really looking through the window (which currently isn't the case).
Fourth, I think the decoration pieces are a bit too much, if you are also adding the person in the shot. I would hide them in this view.
Hope the tips help you :).
P.S. You CAD drawings don't seem to belong among your great renderings :). I think they could be shown with a nice rendered isometric view, since you probably have everything prepared in 3ds Max and Corona (reference in the description).
