Family house which inspiration was taken from ancient rome and its pergolas. Idea is to provide functioning and affordable housing for young family.

Popis projektu

One storey family house with yard. Simple and functioning desing for small family. House is situated in small town called Špačince near city Trnava. Family house is very modular, which means in this case a lot of desing, layouts and rooms can be changed but the base structure and looks would be mostly preserved as they are.

Technické informácie

Reinforced concrete mass shaped into a house, it is self sustainable housing. With need of an insulation which will provide warm in winter and needed ventilation in summer. Modularity of the house contains two separate areas of use, one private area and one public area where guests are welcomed. House also features a yard which contains about 63% of area, that can be used to plant trees and plants. Public space features entrance hall, water closet, built in wardrobe, technical room, open living room connected with kitchen that includes pantry. Private space features 3 bedrooms, 1 master plus bathroom and built in wardrobe, 2 children's bedroom (guest bedroom), bathroom. Outside provides cover from natural elements with its back yard pergola and space for your mental rest.
