Oranžéria pri kaštieli v Chtelnici

Idea projektu

Moja práca sa zaoberala návrhom jedinečného hospodárskeho objektu oranžérie, zasadeného do okolia zrekonštruovaného neobarokového kaštieľa zo sedemnásteho storočia v Chtelnici. Cieľom je vybudovať stavbu, ktorá bude svojou funkciou dopĺňať samotný kaštieľ a rešpektovať svoje okolie. Zároveň má odkazovať na historickú zmienku zaniknutého citrusového sadu. V rámci umiestnenia budúcej budovy bolo potrebné zbúrať budovu rodinného domu, ktorá slúžila ako denný priestor pre dôchodcov. Z tohto dôvodu som sa rozhodol vytvoriť denný komunitný priestor pre dôchodcov v budove oranžérie, ale zároveň obohatením priestoru o komunitnú oranžériu, ktorá ich bude motivovať k pohybu a premýšľaniu, a tým prispievať k ich duševnému a fyzickému zdraviu. V časti oranžérie je riešená kafetéria so silným vizuálnym kontaktom s kaštieľom doplnená o časť objektu s možnosťou predaja dopestovaných plodín a rastlín. Komunitná oranžéria s komunitným priestorom je prevádzkovo samostatný, ale aj napriek tomu je možné obe oranžérie (komunitnú aj verejnú) prezentovať spoločne. Objekt má na druhom podlaží miesto pre sedenie kafetérie, možnosť pozorovania kaštieľa a priestoru zelene ale zároveň slúži aj ako komunikácia, ktorou sa návštevníci dostanú priamo na systém schodišťových rámp. Budovy oranžérie vedeli prilákať ľudí, ktorí si mohli aj v časoch minulých dovoliť ochutnať exotické plody, ktoré neboli v našich klimatických podmienkach možné v exteriéri dopestovať. Možno práve budúce okolie kaštieľa v Chtelnici bude návštevníkom a obyvateľom ponúkať jedinečný historický a architektonický zážitok. My project deals with the design of the unique orangery building, set in the surroundings of a reconstructed neobaroque manor-house from the 17th century in Chtelnica. The main objective is to build a building that will with its function complement the manor-house and respect its location. At the same time, it should refer to the historical citrus orchard. As part of the location of the future building, it was necessary to demolish the building of the family house, which served as a day space for pensioners. For this reason, I decided to create a daily community space for retirees in the orangery building, but also by enriching the space with a community orangery, which will motivate them to move and think, and thus contribute to their mental and physical health. In the part of the orangery there is a cafeteria with strong visual contact with the manor house, supplemented by a part of the building with the possibility of selling citruses and plants. The community orangery with community space is independent, but even so, it is possible to present both orangeries (community and public) together. The building has a place on the second floor for sitting in the cafeteria, the possibility of observing the manor and the green space, but also serves as a communication which visitors can get directly to the system of stair ramps. Orangery buildings themselves were known to attract people, who were able to taste exotic fruits that could not be grown outdoors in our climatic conditions at that time. It may be the location of Chtelnica, which will be offering visitors and residents a unique historical and architectural experience.

Popis projektu

Mojou úlohou v rámci bakalárskej práce bolo navrhnúť objekt oranžérie, osadiť ho na riešenom pozemku tak, aby esteticky ani funkčne zapadol do okolia. Obsah práce zahŕňal vyhotovenie projektu v rámci architektonickej štúdie, textovej časti bakalárskej práce, vyhotovenia pôdorysu a rezu v podrobnosti realizačných výkresov, vyhotovenie dvoch detailov v mierke 1:10(20) predbežný návrh protipožiarnej bezpečnosti stavby a technického zázemia stavby. Následne som riešil bezprostredné okolie objektu, budúce živé námestie, spevnené plochy, zeleň a systém schodišťových rámp medzi objektom oranžérie, základnej školy a parku. Výsledný objekt vychádza zo súčasných aj historických analýz užšieho aj širšieho okolia, histórie kaštieľa a obce. My task within the bachelor's thesis was to design the object of the orangery, to place it in the solved area so that it fit aesthetically or functionally into the surroundings. The content of the work included the execution of the project within the architectural study, the textual part of the bachelor's thesis, execution of the floor plan and section in the details of implementation drawings, execution of two details in 1:10 scale (20) preliminary design of fire safety of the building and technical background of the building. Subsequently, I solved the immediate vicinity of the building, the future living square, paved areas, greenery and a system of stair ramps between the building of the orangery, primary school and park. The resulting building is based on current and historical analyzes of the immediate and wider surroundings, the history of the manor and the village.

Technické informácie

Objekt je riešený ako čiastočne dvojpodlažná stavba. Konštrukčne je vyhotovená ako drevený skelet opláštený pomocou skleného ľahkého obvodového plášťa. V miestach stĺpov je opláštenie prerušené pre možnosť ukotvenia exteriérových drevených funkčných prvkov, ktoré slúžia ako konštrukcia tienenia. Vonkajšie drevené prvky sú ošetrené pozinkovanými plechmi. V miestach medzi ľahkým obvodovým plášťom je riešená zateplená kapotáž tak, aby lícovala s vonkajšou sklenou plochou. Textilné tienenie je motorizované, ovládané diaľkovo. Prevetrávanie stavby je zabezpečené pomocou sklopných a výklopných častí obvodového plášťa. Tým sa zabezpečí vertikálne prevetranie stavby pre jednoduchú reguláciu vnútornej klímy. The building is designed as a partially two-storey building. It is structurally made as a wooden skeleton clad with a glass curtain wall. In the places of the columns, the curtain wall is interrupted due to the possibility of anchoring the exterior wooden functional elements, which serve as a shading construction. The external wooden elements are treated with galvanized sheets. In the places between curtain wall is designed the ventilated fasade, that fits with the outer glass surface. Textile shaders are motorized, remotely controlled. Ventilation of the building is ensured by openings at the bottom and at the top of curtain wall. This ensures vertical ventilation of the building for easy regulation of the indoor climate.
