Kindergarten Bochoř

Idea projektu

The concept of this proposal was to create a kindergarten with two classes. my goal was to design a school that would fit into the overall concept of the village of Bochoř. I designed a two-story school with a gable roof over the administrative part. The new kindergarten is situated in the north-eastern part of the village, which allows easy access for parents and integrates into the existing urban structure. The building is suitably oriented so that it uses enough natural light and minimizes energy consumption. The urban plan respects the traditional architectural elements and materials that are characteristic of the village of Bochoř. The use of local building traditions, including the color palette and building materials, gives the new building a local identity. Green areas and the surrounding nature are part of the urban plan. The building is sensitively placed in the landscape context, and the existing trees and vegetation are preserved. This creates a pleasant and harmonious environment for children. The urban design includes ample outdoor spaces for play and learning in the fresh air. Playgrounds are integrated into the overall design to be attractive to children and serve as a hub for community events. The traffic layout is designed to minimize impact on local traffic and ensure safe arrivals and departures. The parking areas are located in such a way that they do not affect the aesthetics of the surroundings. The urban plan is designed with regard to the future development of the village. The building and outdoor spaces are designed with the possibility of future expansion or modifications in accordance with the needs of the community. The urban solution for the new construction of a kindergarten in the village of Bochoř thus combines the needs of a modern kindergarten with respect for the local identity and character of the territory. The architectural design of the new kindergarten building in the village of Bochoř combines functionality with aesthetics, takes into account the needs of children and creates a welcoming and inspiring environment. The administrative part of the school has two floors, which enables the efficient separation of administrative functions from educational spaces. The facade of the administrative part uses modern design elements, with clean lines and glazed areas for permeation and visual connection with the surroundings. The part intended for children is designed as a single floor, which ensures easy and barrier-free access for small pupils. The roof over the parts reserved for children is covered with green surface, which brings not only an aesthetic element, but also provides ecological and insulating benefits. The classrooms are designed with an emphasis on functionality and flexibility to support a variety of learning activities. The interior of the children's section uses vivid colors, playful elements and customized furniture to create a pleasant and stimulating environment. The window surfaces are designed to create a visual connection between the interior and exterior, supporting children's natural relationship with the surrounding nature. The use of corner and French windows brings plenty of natural light into the interior and a visual connection with the surroundings.

Popis projektu

The entrance layout of the kindergarten is designed with an emphasis on efficient and intuitive navigation. After entering the courtyard, you will find a carriage house on the right. The space then passes into the main filter, from which there is an easy transition to the second floor. The filter also opens the entrance to the administrative part, which is intended for employees. In this part of the building there is a director's office, a day room for employees, a laundry room, a warehouse, insulation and a toilet for employees. This logical arrangement of spaces facilitates the smooth running of the school administration and ensures efficient use of the available space. On the right side of the building from the filter, there is a technical facility, including a food preparation room with food storage and a technical room. Both of these spaces have a separate entrance from the exterior, which ensures efficient organization of catering processes and optimization of technical aspects of the building's operation. This configuration with individual entrances not only facilitates supply and maintenance, but also minimizes potential disruption to the main teaching areas and other areas of the nursery's interior space. The preparation room is located in close proximity to the dining room, which enables efficient distribution of food directly and smoothly. After returning back to the filter, we notice that there is a barrier-free toilet on the left, which ensures easy and trouble-free access for all users. Further from the filter, we get to the central changing room, which serves to separate dirty and clean traffic. After entering the section reserved for children, we continue to the dining room, which serves both classrooms. The dining room is sufficiently lit by a large French window and a skylight, which ensures optimal natural lighting and creates a pleasant atmosphere for meals and social activities. From the dining room, we get to two classrooms, which serves as a playroom and bedroom. There are washrooms with toilets in the classrooms. Both of these spaces (classroom, hygiene facilities) are optimized for comfort and hygiene. Windows and skylights in both classes ensure sufficient natural lighting, while awnings are used to regulate light and temperature, which elegantly shade the space as needed. In this way, an ideal environment is created for the education and relaxation of children in the new kindergarten. After entering the second floor, we meet the dressing room. From this changing room, we will then enter a multifunctional space, which is flexible and can be used both for the needs of the kindergarten and for the entire village. This space is ideal for various social events, theater performances, clubs and other activities. Entrances to the toilets and the warehouse are available in the space, which facilitates the practical running of events. An important element is also the possibility of using the space for the possible expansion of the kindergarten by another class. This flexibility allows the school to grow and adapt to the changing needs of the community in the future. Overall, the second floor is designed with regard to the maximum use of space for various activities that contribute to the cultural and educational development of the village.

Technické informace

The structural and material solution of the building is designed with an emphasis on strength and stability. The building uses a combination of longitudinal and transverse wall systems for optimal load-bearing capacity and durability. Heluz Family masonry with a thickness of 300 mm is chosen for the perimeter masonry. This building unit offers excellent thermal insulation properties and at the same time provides sufficient strength for load-bearing functions in the perimeter walls. The insulation of the perimeter masonry consists of Isover EPS insulation of 200 mm thickness, which is an effective measure to achieve better thermal insulation of the building. For the supporting internal masonry, Heluz Family masonry of 250 mm thickness is used. This choice ensures sufficient strength for the internal structure of the building and at the same time enables efficient distribution of the load. The ceiling structure consists of prefabricated Spiroll concrete panels. The roof structure above the administrative part is solved with a traditional truss, providing a classic look and supporting the necessary stability for this part of the building. An extensive green roof is then implemented above the part used for children, which represents a modern and environmentally friendly solution. This flat green roof not only provides an aesthetic element, but also brings ecological benefits, for example in terms of better thermal insulation and rainwater absorption. The facade is made with white facade plaster, which creates a fresh and modern appearance of the building. The lee is elegantly paneled in Siberian larch, adding a natural and warm element to the exterior. This wood is used not only as an aesthetic element of the facade, but also as a tread layer for the living terrace. This combination of materials and design elements creates a harmonious look that elegantly combines modern aesthetics with natural character.

Hmoždinka disponuje bodovým prostupem tepla 0,000 W/K a díky kombinaci mechanického a lepeného spoje dosahuje výrazně vyšších hodnot přídržnosti izolantu EPS než klasická talířová hmoždinka.
