Dear Anis,
Thank you for submitting such a valuable project.
Overall, I think it fits in the Landmark Category.
On the Urban scale, it can serve as a catalyst for the area in which it is implanted and will therefore attract the public while also ensuring a touristic attraction for visitors.
On the Architectural scale, the layout is well designed and separates private areas from public areas in a comfortable manner. Technical details are appreciated as well.
When it comes to Sustainability, you have tried to implement as many "sustainable" elements as possible.
However, it would be a good idea to take advantage of the water in Malacca Strait and perhaps maybe even extend the project beyond the limits of the plot (if this is a purely conceptual approach).
Another thing you could consider for high-rise building is the chimney effect which can help you enhance energy-saving and therefore make your project even more sustainable.
Overall a great job, nice work!
Sincerely,
Charbel Etel
