An exciting project, primarily based on building form and formation.
Though the form is given special priority, we are not given any information about why the design starts with two circles. the modification of these two circles is really interesting, providing an opportunity for urban uses as well.
The project is a beacon in Bairut City, that is clear and right. On the contrary, the building's program is not well-defined. Neither the inside nor the outside of the envelope has been defined. Yes, the program of a building can be open-ended, and open to future possibilities. Is that what is meant by the complex?
It could be much better if designers could give more information about their intentions and reasons. These are the things we judge a proposal against.
