The project is well presented through description and drawings. On urban design level, from the first look, it gives impression as it’s target the residential investment more then the port development as the large scale of land use. For the land use distribution, it was needed to have more relation between the passenger terminal and the port as they both needs authority control.
For the water canals between residential areas and the closed sea area in front of memorial zone, it need more study for technical issues as there is no need for them.
The memorial zone was needed for more study instead having a lot of waste area with no use
In over all the project need to have main attractions to be unique design
