Hello Andrea Thanks for this project, you have created a special and creative concept that applied your thoughts about the location and the city's culture.
The combination of commercial functions and cultural spaces have made a vital environment, and the concept of spiral structure strengthens the project Significantly. Also, the division of the project zones is well planned and the exploitation of the site topography to generate a sea view for each suit is excellent.
However , the ratio (the length to the width ratio) of most of the spaces is not appropriate that made some functions linear and inconvenient and some spaces' services need to be reconsidered . Also, the elevations design need more effort to show and complete the project’s image.
